Real Madrid target Hazard AND Alonso in summer Chelsea raid

Real Madrid spy a DOUBLE raid on wobbling Chelsea ahead of the summer market.

While Real will press on with plans to prise Eden Hazard from Chelsea, AS says they also see an opportunity to tempt Marcos Alonso back to Madrid at the end of this season.

Real are encouraged by Chelsea's problems in recent games, convinced a failure to finish in the Premier League top four will work in their favour.

With Chelsea needing Champions League qualification to balance their spending in terms of UEFA's Financial Fair Play, Real are confident they'll face the prospect of having to make major sales this summer.

Real management recognise it is "now or never" if they're to ever sign Hazard, while Alonso is also under consideration, despite the Spain international penning terms to 2023 just last year.

In Hazard's case, Real will push Chelsea to sell for less than €100m given the Belgian is now inside the final 18 months of his current deal.
